tokana's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Diaryland Woes I am torn! I've been with diaryland for several years now. I like it here. I'm comfie here Yet I may have to leave! I attempted to buy my domain through diaryland and they took the money buy never came through with the product! After waiting for two weeks I finally went to Yahoo! and was able to purchase and set up the domain in less than 24 hours. It's been more than a month and diaryland still hasn't responded to any of my e-mails request help and a refund nor have I gotten my refund. Now my Diaryland SuperGold membership is up for renewal. I don't want to leave diaryland. But I also won't give them more money when they haven't refunded what they owe me. I've e-mailed SIX times without any replies and I can't find a phone number. I'm hoping that Andrew is on a long vacation, or maybe lives in a hurricane ridden area or something and isn't intentionally ignoring my plea. If anyone has a phone number or suggestions I'd appreciate it.
