That makes me sad. I wasn't sure why until I read Frankie's post on the matter. He sums it up well. Dan Rather has retired. Under not-so-good circumstances. That makes me sad too. I remember my grandma Sara being baffled at how straight his tie always was. Oh well. On a happier note.
