tokana's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bday surprises They surprised me alright. I had planned on getting a group of people to go to Amura for sushi. Well on the way Megan called to see if I would swing by to open my gift so I didn’t have to do it in the restaurant. I open the door and…’surprise’! The thing is I really didn’t suspect a thing. Megan’s family had a garage sale all weekend so they must have really scrambled to make it all come together. Granma made her homemade lasagna and mom made my favorite casserole thing and her Brownie Pudding stuff. It was all yummy. We played a game that was sort of musical object/reverse strip something…? We passed a stuffed animal until the music stopped and whoever had the animal had to put on an item of goofy clothing but the item was picked by the previous victim. John got some really good pictures, he was wearing the most, I’ll post some later. Afterward we went to Eola Wine Bar for a bit. It was nice. Mom and Dad got me some of the name brand clothes I’ve been wanting but not been able to spend the money for, like Express Jeans – there’s such a different in the quality! Tonight Frankie is taking me out to Cheesecake Factory to make up for his absence at my party and tomorrow Meg and I are going to finally satisfy our craving for sushi.
